Login problems with IE11.

Some users have been experiencing login problems in MyEdenred with IE 11. We have identified that the cause is related to browser cache and deleting the cache will fix the problem. Instructions on how to clear cache below.
Clearing cache in IE 11 desktop version: 
  1. Click the cog icon in upper right corner of the browser window
  2. Select “Internet options”
  3. Click “Delete…” button in “Browsing history” section
    1. Temporary Internet files and website files
    2. Cookies and website data
  4. Click Delete button in the lower left corner
  5. Restart the  browser and you should be able to login
Clearing cache on IE 11 mobile version (Windows Phone): 
  1. Click the three dots icon in lower right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click “delete history”
  4. Click delete
